Veronica has over 15 years of experience as an in-house legal operations professional. She has experience working in start-up, privately held, and publicly held companies. Her specialties lie in all elements of contract management (including contract review and negotiation) and can be utilized at each stage of contract management system deployment, process and policy development, as well as corporate activities, such as due diligence, virtual data room strategy and management, and SEC filings. In addition, Veronica has a proven track-record of ensuring cross-functional collaboration and successful execution of process and systems implementations.
